Restbits provides digital menus, online ordering and delivery tools for restaurants. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Restaurant owners: name, email, phone number, restaurant details, menu and payment records for the subscription.
- Customers who order: name, phone number, delivery address and order details.
- Technical data: browser type, IP address and cookies needed for login, cart and language.
2. How we use it
- To show menus, take orders and deliver them.
- To send order updates, including by WhatsApp.
- To manage subscriptions and payments.
- To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing
Order details are shared with the restaurant that receives the order. Online payments are processed by the payment provider (for example Whish). We do not sell personal data.
4. Keeping your data
We keep data while the account is active and as long as needed for orders, invoices and legal duties. Data is stored on secured servers with backups.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
